How do I book a property?

Browse our listings on the Explore Stays page, select your desired property, choose your dates, and complete the booking through our secure checkout process. You will receive a confirmation email with all the details immediately after booking.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers, and select digital payment methods including Apple Pay and mada. Payment is processed securely at the time of booking.

Do you offer discounts for extended stays?

Yes! We offer weekly and monthly discounts on most properties. Stays of 7+ nights receive a discount, and stays of 30+ nights receive an even greater rate reduction. Discounted pricing is automatically applied during checkout.

Can I book for corporate or business travel?

Absolutely. We offer tailored packages for corporate and business travelers, including invoicing, flexible cancellation, and dedicated account management. Contact our team to set up a corporate account and access special rates.

What's included in the price?

All listed prices include the fully furnished apartment, utilities (electricity, water, internet), fresh linens and towels, welcome amenities, and 24/7 guest support. Some properties may include additional perks like gym access or parking — check the listing details for specifics.

What is your cancellation policy?

You receive a full refund when you cancel 5 or more days before check-in. If you cancel within 5 days of check-in, the first night is non-refundable and the rest is refunded. There is no refund after check-in or for no-shows. Your cancellation terms are always shown during booking.

Are pets allowed?

Pet policies vary by property. Some of our apartments are pet-friendly with prior approval. Check the individual listing for pet policy details, or contact our support team to find pet-friendly options that suit your needs.

When will I receive check-in instructions?

You will receive detailed check-in instructions via email and SMS 24 hours before your scheduled check-in time. This includes the property address, access codes, parking information, and your dedicated guest support contact number.

Do you provide airport transportation?

Airport pickup and drop-off services are available upon request for an additional fee. We partner with trusted local transportation providers to ensure a comfortable and reliable transfer. Request this service at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Check-in
Can I request early check-in?

Early check-in is available upon request and subject to availability. If the property is ready before the standard check-in time, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Contact us at least 24 hours in advance to arrange early check-in.

What time is check-in?

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM. Self check-in is available via smart lock at all our properties, so you can arrive at your convenience after the check-in time without needing to coordinate with anyone.

How do I access the property?

All properties are equipped with smart locks for self check-in. You will receive a unique access code in your check-in instructions. Simply enter the code at the door to access your apartment — no keys needed, no waiting for anyone.

During Stay
What if I arrive late at night?

Late arrivals are no problem. Since all our properties use smart lock self check-in, you can arrive at any hour. Your access code works 24/7. We recommend sharing your estimated arrival time so we can ensure everything is ready for you.

Who do I contact if I have an issue during my stay?

Our guest support team is available 24/7. You can reach us via WhatsApp, phone, or email — all contact details are included in your check-in instructions. For urgent matters, call us directly and we will respond immediately.

Can I have guests visit me?

Visitors are welcome during the day at most properties. However, overnight guests beyond the registered number of occupants may not be permitted without prior approval. Please check the specific house rules for your property or contact us for clarification.

Is housekeeping provided during my stay?

Housekeeping services vary by property and stay length. For longer stays, regular housekeeping may be included or available as an add-on. Check your listing details for housekeeping specifics, or request additional cleaning services through our support team.

What if something breaks or needs repair?

Contact our support team immediately. We have a dedicated maintenance crew available for rapid response. For urgent issues (plumbing, AC, electrical), we aim to resolve within hours. Non-urgent requests are typically handled within 24 hours.

Check-out
What time is check-out?

Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request depending on the next guest's arrival schedule. Contact us at least 24 hours before departure to request a late check-out.

What do I need to do before checking out?

Simply ensure the property is in reasonable condition, dispose of any perishable food, and lock the door behind you. There is no need to strip the beds or do extensive cleaning — our housekeeping team handles the turnover. A brief checkout checklist is provided in your welcome guide.

Can I leave my luggage after check-out?

Luggage storage after check-out can be arranged on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team before your check-out date and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to property availability.

Post-Visit
How do I leave a review?

After your stay, you will receive an email with a link to leave a review. Your feedback helps us improve our services and helps future guests make informed decisions. We genuinely appreciate every review.

What if I left something behind?

Contact our support team as soon as possible. Our housekeeping team checks for lost items during turnover. If your belongings are found, we will coordinate return or shipping at your convenience and expense.

Can I rebook the same property?

Absolutely! If you loved your stay, you can rebook the same property directly through our website. Returning guests may also be eligible for loyalty discounts. Simply search for the property and select your new dates.
