Payouts are processed monthly via bank transfer directly to your account. You receive a detailed breakdown of all bookings, revenue, expenses, and our management fee. We maintain a 100% on-time payout track record since launch.

Absolutely. You retain full ownership and access. You can block dates for personal use, set minimum stay requirements, and approve or decline any changes to your listing. We manage operations — you stay in control of your property.
